I specialize in supporting adults in overcoming childhood trauma due to early exposure to abuse or growing up in unstable, unsupportive environments. For many, this manifests in daily challenges such as chronic anxiety and depression, difficulty connecting with others, problems staying focused or present, codependency, self-criticism, low self esteem, harmful addictions, and a general persistent sense of unfulfillment.

An environment free of shame and judgement will be created for you to feel every emotion — even the difficult ones. In session, you will process your experiences through self-compassion and be provided tools to calm your mind.

• Process Trauma: Safely revisit experiences that still feel emotionally “unfinished,” so they can be understood as something that happened rather than something that is still happening. By engaging in processing, our body learns to engage in more adaptive beliefs that increase the relationship with yourself and others.

• Overcome Internal Conflict: Learn to understand the function of your thoughts and feelings and start working as a team with yourself.

• Reduce Triggers: Develop powerful skills to regulate your nervous system and reprocess events that were once triggering.

• Executive Functioning Coaching: Strengthen the skills needed to manage and execute everyday tasks.

• Sensory Based Support: Identifying sensory triggers and needs and creating accommodations that support regulation and focus.
